gamesell.ge is operated by LLC ADCO ("we"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use the marketplace and why.
What we collect
Your account details (email address and display name), the listings you publish, your orders and order-chat messages, your internal balance and transaction history, and basic technical records needed to keep the service secure (such as IP addresses in server logs).
Why we use it
To run the marketplace: matching buyers and sellers, holding payments in escrow, crediting seller balances and processing withdrawals. Order chat is stored unchanged — it is the record our team reviews when resolving disputes. We also use data to prevent fraud and abuse and to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) with our infrastructure provider, Supabase. Card payments are handled by licensed payment providers — full card numbers never reach our servers.
Sharing
We do not sell your data and we run no advertising trackers. Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing) and with authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account exists. Order, chat and transaction records are kept for as long as they may be needed for dispute resolution, accounting and legal requirements, and are deleted after that.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
